"What
is your price for a Home Inspection?"
When people ask me that as their one and only question, I know they are
shopping around for the lowest price and probably won't call back.
Of course, price is important, but experience and quality
should
be your primary considerations. I should respond by asking
if they want a good
inspection or a bad
inspection. Because if you choose an inspector based solely
on price, you will get what you pay for. If you search hard
enough, you may even find some $99 specials. But, you would
be better-off not having an inspection at all and save your
$99 for a nice dinner and a movie.
If you are about to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home,
is it really worth it to save a few dollars on the
inspection? My prices are
as low as I can afford to set them and are competitive with similarly
qualified inspectors around town. But, I must admit
that our prices are on the high end. This is because I am Licensed,
Certified, Experienced and Insured.
If you want the quality of a Lexus, is it fair
to compare prices
with a Hyundai?
I treat
every inspection as if it were my own house and do my best
on every job. I also provide one of the
finest report packages
available. Just ask some of my competitors for a sample and
you
will be shocked at the poor quality of hand-written notes and standard
boilerplate language. Click here
